• ALVO orthopedic attachment is used to operate on patients with fractures of lower limb bones. The use of additional equipment gives the possibility to perform specialized procedures. Metal elements are made of stainless, acid-resistant steel. Changing the length and angle of opening of the arms of the attachment is possible thanks to manually adjustable locking mechanisms. The arrangement of the arms of the attachment provides the possibility of monitoring the patient's lower limbs. The appropriately shaped top of the attachment is mounted in place of the footrests in the top of the operating table. It has the shape of a triangle with a cut apex. The location of the stretching appliance and the resistance roller ensures effective stretching of the operated limb. The tension appliance itself, thanks to its functions, ensures precise positioning and stretching of the leg during surgery. The design of the attachment allows limb monitoring with the C-arm.
