• The PRIMUS densitometer from OsteoSys is an advanced, full-body diagnostic system using DXA (Dual X-ray Absorptiometry) technology, designed to measure bone mineral density (BMD), analyze body composition, and assess skeletal morphology. The device enables comprehensive diagnosis of osteoporosis, sarcopenia, obesity, and metabolic disorders by scanning the entire body or selected anatomical areas.
• PRIMUS utilizes modern Narrow Fan Beam DXA technology and 16-channel detectors, ensuring high measurement accuracy, rapid examination time, and a wide scanning area. This allows for efficient examination of the whole body, lumbar spine (AP Spine), femoral neck (including Dual Femur), forearm, lateral spine, and vertebral fracture assessment (VFA/LVA).
