- GE Datex-Ohmeda TEC 5 Isoflurane is designed for off-circuit use in continuous flow techniques for inhalational anaesthesia. TEC 5 is temperature, flow and pressure compensated so that its performance remains relatively constant despite cooling due to evaporation,
- The TEC 5 evaporator can be installed in Datex-Ohmeda anaesthesia machines equipped with the Selectatec attachment manifold. No tools are required for this operation and the anaesthesia machine does not have to be taken out of service,
- The liquid anaesthetic level can be read thanks to an indicator on the front of the evaporator,
